Identities

Three local academics have edited a new book called Irish Protestant Identities. The book has been developed from a conference at Salford University and is edited by Mervyn Busteed, Frank Neal and Jonathan Tonge who are associated with Manchester, Salford and Liverpool Universities.
The main theme of the book is the Protestant tradition in Ireland but it does deal with the Irish overseas including an article by Sarah Morgan and Bronwen Walter on second-generation Protestant Irish in England.
The book is published by Manchester University Press.
