The Greater Manchester branch of the Sunderland Supporters' Association is hosting an evening with the legendary Irish centre-half Charlie Hurley.

The event takes place in Stockport on Friday November 14th. Charlie Hurley, the club's 'Player of the Century' and only the second footballer to be inducted into Irish sport's Hall of Fame, will be promoting a new authorised biography, which will be on sale on the night at a specially reduced price.

Other celebrity guests are likely to be in attendance and there will be a chance to win flight tickets from Manchester to Kerry, courtesy of Aer Arran.
